Binky's been promoted to lieutenant! Now it's up to Binky to train a new C.I.C.K.I. agent himself. But when the student arrives, it turns out that the new recruit is nothing like Binky expected. Not only does he not know how to jump, lunge at the enemy and claw, he doesn't even want to use the litter box like a civilised animal!
