This Assessment of Development Results (ADR) conducted in 2013, is the first for Kenya. It was carried out by the Independent Evaluation Office (IEO) of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) with support from the Government of Kenya, various other national stakeholders, the UNDP Kenya country office and the UNDP Regional Bureau for Africa. The ADR examined the UNDP Kenya country programme for the period 2009-2013.
